American Cancer Society Relay for Life

The kick-off meeting for the 2011 American Cancer Society Relay for Life Gardner was last week.  This year the Relay will be June 10 - 11; it's approaching fast - it's hard to believe it's just four months away. 

Team D'Ambrosio Eye Care was proud to donate $6,139 in 2010 from employee, patient and office donations!  We exceeded our goal of $5,000 by 22%!

This year, our goal is $5,000 and we are hoping to surpass last year's results!  We currently have donation containers in each office and will be running fundraising events over the coming months.  Depending on which of our offices you may be in, we have book sales, greeting cards and candy bars for sale, all proceeds to benefit the Relay.

American Cancer Society Relay for Life Gardner

TEAM D'AMBROSIO has been a long-time supporter of the American Cancer Society and the Relay for Life, Greater Gardner. 2010 was no exception and our donations broke our previous record and exceeded our goal by over 22%!

Pictured at right are many of the walkers for our TEAM, but there were many, many folks behind the scene that contributed to our success - and that includes our patients!

This was accomplished through donations to our book sales, bakery sales, dress down days, a yard sale, fundraisers at local Friendly's Restaurants and employee and patient donations!
