Weekend Activities

The weather looks to be beautiful this weekend, more like summer temps than fall!  Come say hello on Saturday at the Johnny Appleseed Festival in Monument Square, Leominster from 9:00am - 5:00pm.  Lots of fun for the kiddos and adults - good food and entertainment.  Our banner should be flying overhead, too!

Sunday in Gardner, we're participating in the parade celebrating Gardner's 225th Anniversary.  Parade route starts at 1:00pm at the end of Elm St. (at Central) down Central to Parker and ends at the Waterford Street School.  Last count was 90+ entries in the parade! 

Look for the D'Ambrosio Eye Care truck -- it should be

"eye-catching"!!! Hope to see you there!

Here are a few pictures of D'Ambrosio Eye Care employees from the 71st Annual Gardner Summer Festival & Sidewalk Sale. It was a windy couple of days, but sunny. Gave us a great opportunity to see and chat with some patients and make new acquaintences as well.

Gardner Summer Festival & Sidewalk Sale 2010

Come see us at the 71st Annual Gardner Summer Festival & Sidewalk Sale in Gardner, MA on Friday, August 6 and Saturday, August 7. Stop by and have your eyeglasses cleaned and enter our raffle drawings for adults and children. Generally we are located just down the street from our office at 74 Main St., Gardner. Look for the blue canopy.

It's a fun time, lots of activities for kids, music, and food. Stop by and try to catch a D'Ambrosio Eye Care frisbee! Weather prediction is for a warm and sunny couple of days!

Week of August 2, 2010

Periodically we'll be posting when we're 'on the road' and doing screenings or fairs. Many are open to the public and we'd love to have you stop by. If you do, please say hello and let us know you saw our blog.
Wednesday and Thursday we'll be at the senior centers in Townsend and Gardner respectively offering free vision, glaucoma and cataract checks.
