cannot apply non-glare to the front surface of a polarized lens, because it can
affect the polarization process and reduces the darkness of the lens, patients
have only been able to get these benefits on the backside until Crizal®
Sun.
Crizal® Sun has the non-glare
properties applied to the backside of the lens, reducing the amount glare and
light reflected directly into the wearer’s eye from light behind them. The difference with this lens is the
cleanability of non-glare is applied to the front surface, making your lenses
stay cleaner and be easier to clean.
This feature can also come with or without a grey mirror coating.
